Oval baking pan with stainless steel lid with dual use from the traditional German manufacturer WMF is ideal for cooking, frying, roasting and stewing meat, fish and vegetables. In the large roasting pan, you can easily prepare a delicious roast beef for the whole family or a whole large roast goose with a golden crust. The surface will be perfectly crispy, while the meat inside will remain tender and juicy. The baking dish is perfect for use in the oven. The multifunctional lid, which can be used as a frying pan, will be appreciated when cooking on the stove. Like the baking pan, the lid is fitted with a Trans Therm®universal base .

Material used:

WMF uses 18/10 stainless steel, registered under the brand name Cromargan®, for the production of most of its pots.The "Crom" in the name stands for chrome, while the rest of the name "argan" is derived from the Latin word argentum, meaning silver. The name of this material aptly refers to the extra shiny appearance of the pots, which is due to the relatively high percentage of nickel.

High-quality Cromargan®stainless steel is created by refining steel. It contains 72% steel, 18% chromium and 10% nickel. It is a durable, non-corrosive, food acid resistant material. Cromargan® is beautifully glossy and easy to clean.
