The Vitalis Aroma Baking dish Compact consists of a baking dish and a steam grate, which together create the perfect interplay for steaming. There is an integrated thermometer in the lid that measures the temperature inside the Aroma Baker, up to 100 °C.

This system offers a wide range of applications. You can steam, reheat, keep warm or gently defrost your food.

Use: Water brought to the boil produces steam. The food is placed on the permeable liner without coming into contact with water and is cooked in the rising steam.
