The Vitalis aroma baking pan made of polished Cromargan® stainless steel consists of a roasting pan and a steam grate. Together they create the perfect interplay when steaming. There is an integrated thermometer in the lid that measures the temperature inside the Aroma Baker, up to 100 °C.

Use: Water brought to the boil produces steam. The food is placed on the permeable liner without coming into contact with water and is cooked in the rising steam. This system offers a wide range of applications. You can simmer, reheat or keep warm, or gently defrost.
