  • hand forged from one piece of high quality X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with optimum hardness of 57-58 HRC on the Rockwell scale
  • forging is followed by finishing in more than 40 manual operations
  • hardening at -80°C for very high hardness while maintaining high flexibility
  • 33° grinding angle ensures simultaneous sharpness and stability
  • ergonomically shaped handle with oak wood, three rivets and a distinctive finish for safe working at all times
  • handmade production ensures unrivalled quality and precision of workmanship
