Chelsea is the largest category of OUTDOORCHEF charcoal grill with the unique EASY SLIDE system, which allows you to easily change the setting from direct to indirect grilling with one hand in an instant. At the heart of the EASY SLIDE system is the split flavouring funnel, which ensures that half of the grid (the part above the opening) can be grilled directly in the heat of the hot coals, while the full part of the flavouring funnel is located below the other half of the grid, which funnels the dripping juices into a container of water in the middle of the grill, allowing you to grill indirectly.

The hinged part of the grate serves for convenient adding fuel or moving the coals, but it also makes it possible to rotate the grate and the flavouring funnel (they are simply connected) so that half of the grill with the coals is covered by the full part of the funnel and the whole surface of the grate is available for indirect grilling. Of course, there are sealed vents in the lid and in the bottom of the boiler to regulate the air flow, as well as an ash trap.
