Chinese chef's knife is suitable for slicing food into very thin slices and noodles. The knife is part of the Classic Ikon series, in which you will find knives forged from a single piece of high-quality steel. Each blade is laser controlled and exceptionally sharp. The knives are equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle with three rivets. For hygiene reasons, there is no gap between the handle and the steel.
