All containers can be used in the microwave. After removing from the freezer , you can immediately put the Emile Henry dishes in the oven or microwave. This cookware is not intended for use on direct heat sources such as gas or electric hobs. All Emile Henry dishes are dishwasher safe. It can withstand temperatures up to 270 °C.
