The elegant copper lid with cast iron handle is coated with an inner stainless steel layer for hygiene standards and easier maintenance. The lid is designed for Inocuivre First Classe copper cookware (except for pans DB 646520 to 32).

Maintenance of Inocuivre copper cookware: Use the special copper cookware paste DB420001 to clean the copper, preferably after each use. The inner stainless steel surface can be washed in the normal way. It is not recommended to wash copper cookware in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergents contain high levels of chlorine.
