The fine grater creates a very delicate texture of ingredients that intensify the flavour component of dishes. Ingredients with a higher water content, such as ginger, garlic or fresh chillies, produce a puree-like texture. With the help of this grater, you can easily obtain thin shavings of citrus peel (called zest). The noble aroma of truffles then lifts the delicious homemade pasta with butter and sage. The stable, non-slip end cap improves the use of the grater to the absolute maximum.
