DESCRIPTION

A pack of 2 rolls of special Sous Vide foils, which have increased strength and are tear resistant used mainly for vacuuming food and Sous-Vide cooking method. Sous Vide foil in a roll of 28 x 600 cm among other things preserves the aroma, taste and juiciness of the food. The films are strong, have a plastic 3D structure, are recyclable and reusable. Vacuum sealer films Guzzanti allow food to stay fresh longer in the fridge, freezer or pantry.

TIP: The great advantage of foil is that you can make the bag exactly the size you need. Just cut a large enough piece of foil, seal one side in the vacuum cleaner first, then fill the bag with ingredients and suck out the air with the vacuum cleaner.

Easy storage of ingredients in the fridge and freezer. In a bag, food does not take up as much space as in plastic boxes. Sousvide cooking (long cooking at low constant temperatures). The food will be juicy and soft, retaining its volume, shape, colour and maximum flavour. You can also use the bags in other brands of vacuum cleaners, e.g. Steba or Sous Vide Supreme.
