Standard accessories:
The Food Processor includes two work bowls made of plastic (bisphenol A-free) - a large work bowl with a 3.1 l capacity and a mini bowl with a comfortable handle and a 950 ml capacity.
The lid on the work bowl is fitted with a sealing silicone ring that prevents leakage of liquid or bulk raw materials.
Wide 3-in-1 filling tube with three press-fit attachments that fit precisely together. They help to place all sizes of raw materials in horizontal and vertical position.
The adjustable slicing disc is equipped with a knife with micro-serrations. With its help, you can easily create perfect slices with a thickness of 1-6mm.
Grinding discs: The double-sided grating disc is designed for fine (2 mm) or coarse (4 mm) grating of vegetables or cheese.
Rotary Knives: the Mini Knife and the Multi-Purpose Knife are practical tools for shredding, chopping, blending or grinding. The mini knife is suitable for processing small volumes of ingredients such as herbs, pesto, nuts or baby food. The large utility knife is then suitable for larger volumes.
The dough kneader is designed for kneading various types of thinner doughs. The kneader is primarily designed for doughs/flours commonly used in the USA. Its use cannot be recommended for European sourdough recipes, which have different characteristics.
The egg beater is a quick helper for whipping egg whites to make meringues, souffles, various mousses and desserts.
