The generations-tested way of preserving food is made many times easier and faster with the ETA Brisa dryer. Its shape, special double-walled design and unique finning of the plates guarantee even and smooth air circulation, thus saving time and energy. The effort involved is also significantly reduced - drying can be done without constant checking and the need to rearrange the drying sheets.

The clear LED display conveniently sets the desired temperature (35-70 °C) as well as the timer (0.5-19.5 hours), which will alert you with an audible signal.

In addition to fruits, vegetables and mushrooms , the ETA Brisa dryer is also suitable for drying meat (homemade "jerky") and fish. A special herb drying sieve with a finer texture ensures optimal drying conditions for herbs.

The package includes 5 drying screens with a diameter of 32 cm, which together form a large active drying area (0.34 m2). However, this capacity is not limiting. Simply choose whether to fill all the sieves or use fewer. If, on the other hand, the offered area is not enough, you can buy additional sieves - the maximum number of sieves is up to 10.
