For many of us, getting rid of a classic in the form of a traditional lever garlic press is inevitable. The designers at Joseph Joseph handled this situation perfectly. The Clean-Press is not surprising at first glance, but appearances are sometimes deceiving. After work, you can easily disassemble it into 2 parts and use the sharp-edged plastic handle to scrape the rest of the pressed garlic from the press. The pointed end of the coloured handle also cleans residue from inside the press. Finally, just rinse the press under running water or put it in the dishwasher. The inside of the baler has rounded corners to minimise waste getting stuck.
