Its operation is very easy - just load the hopper with raw materials of up to 1 kg, adjust the grinding coarseness, and the rest is taken care of by two large grinding stones with a diameter of 85 mm. These are made of coarse-grained corundum-ceramic material, and are therefore very strong. After use, you can clean them with the included cleaning brush, which will keep them as rough and functional for a long time. Its low noise level is also a great advantage over grinders with chipping stones.

The grinder features low-speed grinding technology, which is extremely gentle especially on cereals, legumes and rice. Because the flour is not heated during milling, it retains optimum freshness and quality, while all the vitamins, oils and enzymes it contains are protected.

Installation of the grinder is very easy, as is its maintenance - it can be completely disassembled, while the non-metallic parts can be washed in the dishwasher. The grinder is suitable for ETA food processors (Gratus, Gratus Kuliner, Gratussino, Meno, Mezo, Gustus).
