The Guzzanti GZ 620 home baker is a fully automatic machine that prepares homemade crusty bread according to your requirements up to a weight of 1000 grams. You can choose from three weights of baked bread - 500, 700 and 1000 grams. The bakery has 19 automatic programs, time setting and temperature hold for 60 minutes. All presets can be set using the touch control, which then displays a clear LCD screen. Another feature is the ability to set the degree of browning of the crust - whether it should be light, medium or toasted. In addition to different types of bread, you can also prepare yoghurt, jams or cake dough.
