The hook is designed to perfectly scrape the ingredients off the sides of the bowl, resulting in excellent kneading or processing of gluten-free dough. You can even set its optimum height in the bowl.
Installation of the hook is very easy, as well as its maintenance - just wash it in hot water with detergent and let it dry. The hook is suitable for ETA food processors (Gratus, Gustus, Gustus II). Cannot be used with food processor - type ETA002890000 and ETA002890010.
