Very sharp and heavy Japanese knife GYUTO/Chef 8,5" Dellinger Octagonal Full Damascus (blade length 210 mm) made of damascus steel with impressive design and highest quality. The knife spine and blade taper to a point for versatile use of the extraordinary cutting force. Slicing, cleaning meat, fruit and vegetables - nothing will be a problem for this unique Japanese-shaped knife. The GYUTO chef's knife is also suitable for cradling herbs, vegetables and nuts thanks to its higher tip. The long blade and octagonal handle give you the best control when cutting and slicing. Japanese art, precision and new technologies make this full damascus steel knife unique and inimitable.

Gyuto 210 mm has a very sharp blade made of 110 layers of two hard stainless and forged steels (10Cr15CoMoV + 9Cr18MoV). The blade of this knife undergoes hardening in very precise vacuum heat treatment furnaces. Each knife is hand-ground and at a hardness of around 60 HRC achieves exceptional to extreme sharpness. The Damascene pattern of this knife is unique, unrepeatable and will become a symbol of your individuality.

The octagon-shaped handle is made of exotic Rose-Wood (rosewood) and buffalo horn with brass transitions. It is always carefully hand polished, ergonomically shaped. Ideally designed for excellent hand control. The specially designed shape of the bolster is suitable for Asian knife grip.
