Very sharp Japanese chef's knife TSUCHIME PROFESSIONAL DAMASCUS (blade length 200 mm) is suitable for slicing, cutting and cleaning meat, fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the higher tip, you can also use it to cradle herbs or nuts. Just a universal knife that is always useful.

The beautiful blade design and the highest quality is underlined by 67 layers of steel - the cutting core made of Japanese VG10 steel is sandwiched between two layers of damascus stainless steel, so that the knife exhibits exceptional durability and toughness and retains its long-lasting sharpness at a hardness of approx. HRC 62. The hand-ground and perfectly balanced sharp blade with a shimmering damascene pattern, reminiscent of the craters on the moon, minimizes friction when cutting and prevents sliced food from sticking to the blade. Each design is completely unique and unrepeatable, so each knife is an original!

The TSUCHIME PROFESSIONAL DAMASCUS chef's knife has a highly durable and stable round handle made of G-10 material. This material is non-corrosive, non-oxidising, completely waterproof, odourless and maintenance-free. The handle is ergonomically shaped, hand polished and a pleasure to work with.
