The Top Tools vegetable mandolin perfectly shreds fruits and vegetables of all kinds, including carrots, radishes or cabbage. The 18/10 stainless steel design is strong and durable. The soft-touch paste handle sits well and securely in the hand, while the non-slip design of the frame and underside provides reliable support on the work surface, in bowls, pots and on chopping boards. The thickness of the grated slices can be adjusted with the adjustment wheel on the bottom of the grater from 0 to approx. 8 mm. All parts are dishwasher safe. The attachments consist of julienne noodles with a thickness of 3 and 7 mm.

Top Tools graters are characterised by a special manufacturing and grinding process. This makes grating anything faster and effortless. The plastic handles provide an optimal grip for safe working. The frame and underside also have a non-slip plastic insert to keep them securely on the work surface and sitting well in bowls and pots.
