DESCRIPTION

The Lamart brand milk pot is made of double-walled steel with thermoregulating properties for fast heat distribution and energy saving. It is temperature resistant up to 220°C, but excessive temperature can damage - deform - the product. The milk pot has a sandwich bottom, a signal whistle, a soft ergonomic handle and a measuring scale for easy and quick measuring of the desired volume of liquid. The double-coated milk pot allows cooking without direct heating of the liquid in the container but with the help of a water bath. In this method, pour the water (200ml) through the closable valve (whistle) into the hollow wall of the container. This type is suitable for heating milk, porridge or melting chocolate, for example, because there is no risk of burning at the bottom of the container.

The milk pot is suitable for all types of cookers including induction. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. We recommend that you wash the product thoroughly before first use.

Dishwasher safe: Yes but beware of water hardness and the use of overly aggressive cleaning agents that can lead to discolouration of the surface of the dish. However, these changes do not limit the functionality or healthfulness of the product.

Do not use metal kitchen utensils to avoid scratching the bottom of the milk pot.

Always wash the milk machine in warm water and detergent to remove any dirt. Rinse and dry the product. Then rub with a drop of oil to maintain the surface quality. Remove excess oil with a paper towel. If you use this simple procedure regularly, you will ensure a beautiful finish on your stainless steel products.

Make sure that the size of the cooker matches the size of your product and does not exceed the size of the bottom of the container. This prevents excessive burning of the outer surface - always use a low flame when cooking.
