Choc B Bois non-stick pans are made of cast aluminium, which has excellent thermal conductivity. They have a high quality non-stick surface that is guaranteed PFOA-free. The surface is extremely hard, suitable for slow cooking of delicate dishes such as fish, eggs, pancakes, etc. The pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction. They can be used for baking in the oven, but only for 10 minutes and at a temperature of 200 °C. The pans have a handle made of beech wood, which is protected by a layer of beeswax. Easy to clean, hand washing is recommended.
