DESCRIPTION

The frying pan from the manufacturer Lamart is made of durable aluminium and has a non-stick coating to prevent burning. It is suitable for all types of cookers including the popular induction. Easy to clean and maintain. It is dishwasher safe.

The handle is ergonomically shaped. The non-stick surface does not contain PFOA, i.e. no toxic substances evaporate from the surface when overheated. The pancake pan Lamart contains 4 holes for making pancakes (American pancakes), but you can also use it for sunny-side up eggs etc.

YEAST PANCAKES WITH BLUEBERRY JAM AND SOUR CREAM

Ingredients
400 ml milk, 300 g semi-coarse flour, 3 eggs, 1/2 - 3/4 cube of yeast, 50 g granulated sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, blueberry jam, sour cream, powdered sugar for sprinkling

Procedure
1. Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm milk. Add the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, grated lemon zest and finally the egg. Mix the dough thoroughly.

2. Cover the prepared pancake dough in a bowl with a tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise for at least 45 minutes. The batter will at least double its volume, which is very important to make the fritters nice and fluffy.

3. Heat up the pancake pan, which you can brush with melted butter using a pastry brush. Put a little batter into each hole of the greased pancake pan with a small ladle and bake until golden brown on both sides. Proceed like this until the dough is exhausted.

4. Brush the finished fritters with blueberry jam, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with sour cream.
