Choc B Bois non-stick pans are made of cast aluminium, which has excellent thermal conductivity. The surface is PFOA-free, extremely hard and suitable for slow cooking of delicate foods such as fish, eggs, pancakes, etc. The pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction. The pans have a handle made of beech wood, which is protected by a layer of beeswax. Easy to clean, hand washing is recommended. The Choc B Bois range includes this high quality pancake pan.
