Citrus peeler Profi Plus, for peeling citrus peel (use non-chemically treated fruit!). The freshly grated peel gives off an intense, fresh astringent aroma. The scraper removes only the top layer of the fruit. The white skin is not touched, as it has a bitter taste. Also suitable for preparing very fine orange and lemon strips.
