Perfect Plus pressure cookers are made of polished 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel, a material with excellent performance and minimal maintenance. The pressure cooker's removable handle features a sliding element for closing/opening the lid or releasing steam and a built-in pressure indicator for accurate cooking results.

Mechanical pressure indicator for the series of Perfect Plus pressure cookers informs by means of colour markings about the pressure inside the cooker. If you want to cook soup, stew or large pieces of meat, for example, the internal temperature should be around 117 °C, which corresponds to the second orange stripe. However, if you intend to cook vegetables or fish in the pot, the temperature should not exceed 109 °C. In this case, the pressure indicator should not rise higher than the first orange level. WMF pressure cookers also have the advantage of using the universal TransTherm® base, which is suitable for all types of heat, including induction. The bottom absorbs heat quickly and then transfers it evenly to the food being prepared. The cooking time in a pressure cooker is up to 70% shorter than in conventional cooking, which is gentle on vitamins and minerals. At the same time, it saves you time and up to 50% of electricity. In addition, thanks to special inserts, you can cook several foods at once in the pressure cooker.
