The classic grater with a handle can handle not only harder cheeses, but also finely grate chocolate, nuts and spices. Perfect results are guaranteed by the rotating, high-sharp stainless steel drum, which is pressed against the ingredients during grating by the handle cover. Your fingers are safely protected from sharp teeth.

Using the grinder:

Open the top cover. Place the desired ingredients in the generous volume tray: pieces of cheese, chocolate cubes or your favourite nuts. Close the cover again. The rotating drum with sharp teeth transforms the ingredients into fine shavings by means of the rotating movements of the handle and the simultaneous light pressure of the cover. With a simple turn of the handle, grate delicious cheeses or cheese mixtures directly onto pasta, pizza or salads and decorate a variety of desserts with chocolate shavings and pistachio or hazelnut flakes.

After each use, we recommend disassembling the grinder and washing the individual parts with warm soapy water and a sponge/brush. To remove food pieces that persistently stick to the grating drum, soak it in warm water for a while and then gently clean it in the direction of the sharp teeth.
