The Deluxe Set includes three of the most popular accessories for the Ankarsrum food processor, making it a multi-purpose helper in your kitchen.

• meat grinder (complete package)
• citrus squeezer

The meat grinder (complete package) has an aluminum body and auger, stainless steel discs (shayblades) in four sizes, 2.5 mm, 4.5 mm, 6.0 mm and 8.0 mm, which are ideal for fine to coarse grinding.

It is also part of the meat grinder:

• small (10 mm), medium (20 mm) and large (25 mm) attachments for filling sausages and sausage
• attachments for grating nuts or for grinding fresh almond flour
• berry juicer
• pasta attachments - 4 pasta discs
• biscuit maker attachment.

All metal pieces are NOT dishwasher safe and should be washed in warm soapy water and dried by hand with a cloth. The discs (shafts) and knife should be wiped with oil after cleaning.

The citrus juicer attachment allows easy juicing of all citrus fruits from limes to grapefruits. The attachment is made of safe and durable Tritan BPA/BPS FREE plastic, the strainer prevents seeds and most pulp from mixing with the juice. The handle and pouring spout offer comfortable and easy use.

Dishwasher safe.

BPA FREE The blender attachment with "blunt" blade design is ideal for sauces, smoothies, milkshakes and also for grinding small amounts of grains or herbs. The small removable lid allows you to add ingredients during the blending process. With the powerful 600 W Ankarsrum motor and this simple attachment, you get an excellent helper for your kitchen.

We recommend washing by hand with warm soapy water and letting it air dry.
