Stainless steel 18/10 Cromargan®
Cromargan® is an 18/10 stainless steel developed by WMF. The name was created by combining the Latin words Crom and Argan, i.e. chrome and silver, which express the shiny appearance of this stainless steel. It is a food-grade steel that is suitable for cookware and contains 18% chromium, 10% nickel (hence 18/10) and 72% steel. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, does not absorb tastes or odours, has a long service life and is easy to clean. It is most often used for the production of high-quality cutlery, pots and pans in a modern design.
