Set of JOSEPH JOSEPH Multi-Grip Mandoline slicing grater and Multi-Grate compact double grater. The vegetable slicer with innovative slicing holder has a precise shape that ensures safe slicing of small and large pieces. Use the smallest tongs when slicing radishes or garlic. The medium holder is suitable for slicing carrots and cucumbers. With the flat holder, you then create long slices of courgettes and aubergines. Three slice thicknesses can be set. The compact double grater has a coarse side for cheese and vegetables and a fine side for grating hard cheese (parmesan) and citrus peel. The paddle-shaped design makes it easy to grate directly over the plate.
