Beautiful set of 3 Dellinger JOSHI Sakura knives made of Japanese damascus steel VG-10 with impressive drawing of sakura on the blade. The very sharp and hard cutting core made of Japanese vg-10 steel is very well protected against corrosion by being sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 SS316 stainless steels (damascus steel), which ensure exceptional durability and toughness.

- Kiritsuke Gyuto - chef's knife, blade length 210 mm
- Nakiri knife - for vegetables, blade length 170 mm
- Utility knife - universal, blade length 135 mm
- Grinding stone roughness #1000/6000
- Angle clamp for easier grinding
The blades of these knives are hardened in high-precision vacuum heat treatment furnaces. Each knife is hand-ground and at a hardness of around 61 HRC achieves exceptional to extreme sharpness. The Japanese damascus steel knife set with an impressive pattern that resembles the blossoms of the famous Japanese cherry tree is the ideal gift for anyone who is often in the kitchen and for whom slicing is more than just a necessary evil.
The octagonal handle is made of stabilized Rosewood and Ebony. It is decorated with a central mosaic rivet and always carefully hand polished, ergonomically shaped. Ideally designed for excellent hand control. The specially designed shape of the bolster is suitable for Asian knife grip.
