The Nuova brunch knife is shorter than a regular knife. On one side it has a blade like a regular knife, suitable for spreading butter or cheese on bread. On the other side it is equipped with a saw for cutting bagels, baguettes, etc.

Thanks to their sophisticated design, the special cutlery from the Nuova series in high-quality Cromargan® stainless steel in a polished finish makes everyday activities easier and moreover beautiful to look at. The cutlery is made of high quality stainless steel Cromargan® which contains 72% steel, 18% chromium and 10% nickel. It is a durable, non-corrosive, food acid resistant material. Cromargan® is beautifully glossy and easy to clean. Cutlery is dishwasher safe.
