The cooking bag/map is equipped with 5 pieces of utensils - 2 forged CLASSIC knives (chef's knife 23 cm, vegetable knife 10 cm), a non-forged boning knife (14 cm) and a kitchen fork (16 cm) from the GOURMET series, and a sharpening steel..

The Classic range features knives forged from a single piece of quality steel in a lightweight design that makes the blade more flexible and reduces fatigue when slicing. Each blade is laser controlled and exceptionally sharp. The knives are equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle with three rivets. For hygiene reasons, there is no gap between the handle and the steel.

In the Gourmet range you will find unforged knives ground with a special technology guaranteeing extreme knife sharpness. The shaped handles are made of synthetic and there is no gap between the handle and the steel for hygiene reasons, the connection is riveted. The knives are perfectly balanced and fit comfortably in the hand.
