The Spitzenklasse Plus knife series is a continuation of the traditional Spitzenklasse knife series. The riveted handles made of special, high-quality plastic have new rounded edges and are comfortable to grip. Of course, such high-quality knives have perfect bonding of the individual parts, which is hygienic and prevents the trapping of deposits and bacteria. The blades are made with innovative Performance Cut technology and the blade is laser controlled. This ensures excellent cutting properties and a knife durability that is up to twice as long as required by the standards.
