It consists of a robust aluminium core encased in stainless steel, with a titanium oxide reinforced outer shell for extra durability. It accumulates heat very well and distributes it quickly and evenly.

Multifunctional lid with controlled pouring function

Glass lids with silicone formed rim are a distinctive design and practical functional element of the Simplify series. The clever metal handle allows the lid to be "placed" on the edge of the pot, saving time and work as you don't dirty the work surface. The lids also allow constant control of the food being prepared thanks to the large viewing window. So there is no need to lift them, which again saves energy. You can also wash them in the dishwasher. The highlight of the whole concept of the pouring cups are the holes in the silicone rim on the sides which allow pouring rice, pasta or potatoes. By turning the lid towards the pouring lip, you can easily control the amount of steam that should escape from the pot during cooking.
