Ken Hom is a brand that specializes in Chinese and Asian cuisine and culture. It offers, for example, the top-of-the-range Excellence and the unique grill pan measuring 25 x 25 cm for grilling meat, fish or vegetables.

The aluminium pan features a black double-layer non-stick surface that is scratch resistant (metal cooking utensils can also be used), easy to clean and allows for healthier high temperature grilling but with minimal oil. The interior has a ribbed bottom that will create striations on grilled food typical of grilling on conventional grills.

The outer surface is high quality and abrasion resistant to ensure a long service life. The long heat-resistant handle has a practical loop at the end for hanging. The pan is suitable for right- and left-handed users thanks to the flush spout on both sides. Dishwasher safe.

Recommended maintenance

After washing the pan in the dishwasher, we recommend wiping it dry with a soft cloth. In the case of hand washing, do not use strong abrasives, wire cloth or brushes. Leave the attached residues to soak. Always brush the inside of the pan with oil after some time. If you want to extend the life of the internal non-stick surface, use wooden or silicone utensils.
