It comes from the factory of the Swiss company Esge AG which was the first to introduce the forefathers of stick blenders to the world. It saw the light of day in 1950 when it was patented.

The elegant silver bamix® DE LUXE stick blender surprises with its sophisticated design and multifunctional capabilities right from the first use. In addition to the basic accessories, it also includes a 100 ml grinder which allows the bamix® to chop and grind all kinds of dry ingredients, sugar, spices, coffee, nuts or vanilla for example.

The patent-protected open mixing head of the bamix® stick blender allows direct contact of the blade with the ingredients and faster circulation, thus more efficient processing. Together with a high-performance AC motor with low power consumption are the main advantages of bamix® blenders. Thanks to the open mixing head and the perfect seal, the blender is also very easy to clean under running water.

Extended accessories:

The attachment with multifunctional knife (star-shaped) is designed for grinding vegetables and cooked meat in soups, preparing sauces and baby food. It can chop frozen fruit for homemade ice cream or sorbet or prepare ice chips for refreshing drinks. Supplied with all types of bamix® blenders. It can be used directly in the pot, saving a lot of time.

The whipping attachment (flat disc) is used, for example, for frothing milk or whipped cream, making snow from egg whites, soufflés, puddings or deliciously frothy frappés. Emulsifies and homogenizes sauces and cocktails. (Excellent for softening sauces.) Supplied with all bamix® blenders.

The mixing attachment is the perfect helper when preparing homemade mayonnaise or salad dressing. It mixes both cast and pancake dough or whips up perfect mashed potatoes. Thanks to its special shape, the dishes are soft and fluffy. Supplied with all bamix® blenders.

The meat knife attachment (S-shaped) is designed for mixing raw or cooked meat or, for example, fibrous vegetables. For example, you can use it to make a delicious salmon mousse - it gives your food a creamy, fluffy consistency. Supplied with all types of bamix® blenders.

The Bamix® 100 ml grinder has been designed to grind dry ingredients such as sugar and coffee. It quickly grinds fresh spice mix for cooking, hard cheese, dried fruit, nuts or chocolate. The grinder is an optional accessory for the bamix® Mono 140 W and DE LUXE 160 W blenders.

The stand for the DE LUXE stick blender and 4 attachments is made of durable plastic in black. The modern design is pleasing to the eye and the compact shape saves space in the kitchen.
