It comes from the factory of the Swiss company Esge AG which was the first to introduce the forefathers of stick blenders to the world. It saw the light of day in 1950 when it was patented.

The bamix® PROFI Gastro 350 stick blender with its comfortable SoftGrip design assures you of its performance and capabilities right from the first use. It is designed for professional establishments, restaurants, confectioneries or canteens. Thanks to its extended mixing rod and double-insulated casing, it can submerge to a depth of up to 39 cm. Its powerful motor allows mixing large volumes, up to 30 litres.

The patent-protected open mixing head allows direct contact of the blade with the raw materials and faster circulation, thus more efficient processing. Together with a high-performance AC motor with low power consumption are the main advantages of bamix® blenders. Thanks to the open mixing head and the perfect seal, the blender is also very easy to clean under running water.

The SoftGrip buttons made of silicone are waterproof and, thanks to their perfect design, cannot trap residues from the raw materials being processed. The blender is easy to keep clean and very comfortable to use thanks to the non-slip material and sophisticated ergonomics.

Accessories:

The attachment with multifunctional knife (star-shaped) is designed for grinding vegetables and cooked meat in soups, preparing sauces and baby food. It can chop frozen fruit for homemade ice cream or sorbet or prepare ice chips for refreshing drinks. Supplied with all types of bamix® blenders. It can be used directly in the pot, saving a lot of time.

The whipping attachment (flat disc) is used, for example, for frothing milk or whipped cream, making snow from egg whites, soufflés, puddings or deliciously frothy frappés. Emulsifies and homogenizes sauces and cocktails. (Excellent for softening sauces.) Supplied with all bamix® blenders.

The mixing attachment is the perfect helper when preparing homemade mayonnaise or salad dressing. It mixes both cast and pancake dough or whips up perfect mashed potatoes. Thanks to its special shape, the dishes are soft and fluffy. Supplied with all bamix® blenders.
