INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. The product is made of high quality glass, but is fragile - always be careful of breakage during cleaning, handling or use of the product.
2. Rinse and wipe the kettle thoroughly before first use.
3. When using the container, always fill it up to the bottom edge of the pouring part of the jug, the spout.
4. In the event of a crack, stop using the kettle immediately as there is a risk of cracking.
5. Never leave a hot drink in the kettle unattended and out of reach of children. Allow the kettle to cool before cleaning. Pour out any unused water or tea from the kettle to prevent deposits forming inside the container. Always be careful when handling warm water (container), use a mitt if necessary.
6. To remove light stains from tea or sour drinks, soak in hot water and detergent and then wipe dry with a soft cloth. For heavier stains, heat some white vinegar and then wash in the normal way. However, these stains in no way diminish the properties of the product.
7. The glass teapot is very easy to maintain and clean. When washing by hand, use only soft cloths and sponges that will not scratch the surface. Do not use aggressive chemical cleaners. Washing in the dishwasher is not possible.
8. To maintain the longevity of the product, handle the kettle with care.
9. Do not use on any source of open flame, gas or electricity.

SAFETY NOTICE
High or low temperatures may cause damage to the container or lid by cracking.
Using metal tools (e.g. knife, fork) can damage (scratch) the surface.
The use of harsh and aggressive cleaning agents can damage the surface (e.g. corrosive pipe cleaners).
Careless handling (e.g. with the lid) can damage the surface (by bruising). These marks do not affect the quality of the beverage preparation or the overall life of the container in the slightest, only the aesthetic appearance is compromised.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING GREEN TEA
For 1 cup of green tea, pour 1 teaspoon (2 - 3 g) of the tea mixture into 80°C water and infuse for 3 - 4 minutes.
GREEN TEA AND ITS HEALTH EFFECTS
Green tea is made by picking the tea leaves of the Chinese tea tree and exposing them to high temperatures (steaming/drying) shortly after plucking. This prevents them from oxidizing and prevents the tea leaves from losing their strength. Green tea does not undergo fermentation (fermentation) and thus retains its effects.
Green tea has unique taste and beneficial effects on health. It has a stimulating effect (removes fatigue). In traditional medicine in China, Japan, India and Thailand, it was used to heal wounds, reduce fever, stop bleeding, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. There are proven positive effects of drinking green tea on heart function, prevention of heart disease, treatment of the nervous system, herpes, acne, digestive disorders, support of brain and urinary functions, thirst quenching, prevention of fatigue and mental uplift. Green tea contains antioxidants, promotes immunity, improves metabolism, accelerates fat burning, lowers cholesterol and is effective in preventing diabetes and cancer. In addition, it has antibacterial effects, thus destroying bacteria in the oral cavity and acting as a prevention against dental plaque.
TYPES OF GREEN TEA
The most famous varieties of green tea include Sencha and Matcha. Sencha green tea is the most widely used type of Japanese green tea. Tea leaves that have been steamed to prevent oxidation are rolled into thin dark green needles. Matcha tea is a Japanese ground tea that is made from special green tea. Matcha tea is mainly used in tea ceremonies, but also in the food industry (coloring ice cream, Japanese sweets).
WHEN AND HOW OFTEN TO DRINK GREEN TEA?
We recommend drinking green tea regularly - preferably every day. Due to its caffeine content, it is not advisable to drink it in the evening before sleep.
THE MOST COMMON MISTAKES WHEN PREPARING GREEN TEA
1. Incorrect water temperature when pouring the tea - green tea requires a temperature of 80 °C, at a higher temperature it has a bitter taste, at too low a temperature the tea has a watery taste.
2. Incorrect steeping time - steep green tea for 3 - 4 minutes, with the shorter time used for larger amounts of tea and the longer time used for smaller amounts of tea
3. Incorrect dose of tea - use 2 - 3 g of tea per cup of green tea, we recommend weighing accurately.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING BLACK TEA
For 1 cup of black tea, pour 1 teaspoon (2 - 3 g) of the tea mixture into 90°C water and infuse for 4 - 5 minutes.
BLACK TEA AND ITS HEALTH EFFECTS
Black tea undergoes a longer oxidation (fermentation) than green tea and therefore has a stronger aroma that it retains for several years. After harvesting, the tea leaves are first allowed to wilt by airflow. The leaves are then processed (crushed, cut or rolled) and oxidised (the level of oxidation determines the quality of the tea - the longer the oxidation, the better the quality of the tea and the milder the flavour). Subsequently, the tea leaves are dried to prevent further oxidation.
Black tea has beneficial effects on health. It lowers blood pressure, supports the immune system, acts as prevention of certain diseases (cancer, diabetes), has antiviral effects, promotes metabolism, helps burn fat, reduces the risk of atherosclerosis, heart attack and stroke, has a positive effect on the digestive system, improves blood flow and lowers blood cholesterol, promotes bone health, slows skin aging, prevents wrinkles and loss of skin elasticity. In addition, it helps fight stress, reduces headaches, suppresses fatigue, increases concentration and performance.
TYPES OF BLACK TEA
The most famous varieties of black tea are Earl Grey and Darjeeling. Earl Grey tea is a popular blend of black tea with a bergamot flavour. It has a strong flavour and you can serve the tea with milk to mellow it out. Darjeeling tea is referred to as the "champagne of teas" and has an unobtrusive muscatel flavour and a wonderful aroma.
WHEN AND HOW OFTEN TO DRINK BLACK TEA?
You can drink black tea daily instead of coffee, for example. Since black tea contains caffeine, we recommend drinking it in the morning (to perk you up for the day). However, please note that black tea has diuretic effects (diuretic -> dehydrating), so do not overdo it. A cup of black tea a day with a glass of water (as with coffee) is sufficient.
THE MOST COMMON MISTAKES WHEN PREPARING BLACK TEA
1. Incorrect water temperature when pouring the tea - black tea requires a temperature of 90 °C, at a higher temperature it has a bitter taste, at too low a temperature the tea has a watery taste.
2. Incorrect steeping time - steep black tea for 4 - 5 minutes, steeping longer than 4 minutes will result in a bitter taste and dark colour, and the tea will have a soothing effect rather than a stimulating one.
3. Incorrect tea dosage - use 2 - 3 g of tea per cup of black tea , we recommend weighing accurately.
