You will appreciate the idea of three different blades in the rotating disc as soon as you get your hands on this kitchen tool. Thanks to the flat and sufficiently large handle, the peeler is comfortable to hold, safe and can handle any peel. On the disc you will find a classic blade with a straight edge, a serrated blade for softer peels and a blade for fine julienne strips. Changing the blades is easy, just press the central stainless steel button, remove the triangular section, rotate to the currently selected scraper and insert back into the handle attachment.
