This versatile Yari knife cuts raw vegetables, hard fruits or cold cuts and sausages.
Yari knife blades are made of high quality Japanese knife steel consisting of 67 layers. The inner middle layer (core) is made of non-corrosive and extremely hard VG10 steel. Thanks to a core hardness of 60-62 HRC and a 30° cutting angle, these blades are extremely sharp in the long term.
The handles of Yari knives are made of Pakkawood in combination with polished stainless steel. Pakkawood is an exceptional material that is very pleasant to the touch, strong and resistant to moisture and other adverse influences.
Yari knives are delivered in high quality gift boxes.
