Vacuuming is the best way to prolong the shelf life of food and preserve the fresh taste, aroma and important substancescontained in food when storing it. Vacuuming saves space in the fridge and freezer. It can be used for marinating meat and sous-vide cooking, and can vacuum both dry and moist foods.

The welder has 4 operating modes with simple and intuitive controls. The Vacuum & Seal function automatically vacuums the air and then seals the bag. You can also use just the Seal function to weld the bag without air extraction. Use the Dry/Moist option to set whether you are vacuuming dry or moist food. Residual moisture is drained off into a practical storage tank. You should also set the Normal/Turbo function - Normal for softer foods, Turbo for foods with a harder hardness. The advantage is the non-slip feet and LED button lighting.
