The PONTARLIER combi grinder is the ideal solution that saves space and looks great. The bidirectional grinding mechanism with a choice of grinding coarseness adjustment is regulated by a stainless steel crown. The grinder is started by turning the upper part with the salt.

What pepper to use?

For ideal results, use peppercorns with a diameter of 5 mm or less. You can use black, white or green pepper. Mixtures of coloured peppers should not contain more than 15% pink (red) pepper. Dried coriander can also be ground in Peugeot pepper mills.
