DESCRIPTION

Wok pan from the Choc Resto Extreme collection by De Buyer is made of durable, cast aluminium. The pan is extremely lightweight, suitable for preparing sensitive ingredients with minimal fat such as fish and eggs, allowing for healthy cooking. The thickness of the material is 5 mm, which guarantees dimensional stability, perfect non-stick properties, high quality surface, durability and optimal conductivity in everyday use. The material does not contain harmful substances PFOA.

Choc Resto Extreme pans are suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, thanks to their special ferromagnetic base . There are aluminium handles on the sides of the WOK pan that can get hot, so handle the pan with care. Wok pan is suitable for preparing Asian dishes, stir-fry and quick roasting of meat or vegetables.

TIP: For longer pan life, do not use metal utensils. Avoid heating pans without contents, overheating or thermal shocks. Pans with a non-stick surface are not suitable for the dishwasher, we recommend only gentle hand washing with a soft sponge without aggressive cleaning agents.
